Once upon a time there was a Hotel al Cervo

We owe everything to grandma Ilda and grandpa Daniele, who precisely where the Al Cervo Hotel is today, remodeled a tobacconist’s bar into a small restaurant, with rooms for tourists.

Grandma Ilda’s skill was cooking and, let’s say, certain qualities are no secrets: we owe to her and grandpa the success with which our story began, the reputation among tourists and the passion that has spread throughout our family: Mom Lorenza, Francesca, Giuliano, Laura.

One step after another, the small mountain hotel has become our Hotel Al Cervo: a building in the center of Tesero, a facade with the scent of our villages architecture and interiors, but which, however, does not forget the modernity of the mountain design.

There are different types of rooms, with wood transformed into essential but warm surfaces, a terrace from which you can look the mountains in the eye, relaxation in an intimate but complete SPA and a kitchen that knows how to begin and end a day, with the flair and talent of those who still know today that they owe everything to grandma Ilda and grandpa Daniele.

We owe everything to grandma Ilda and grandpa Daniele, who precisely where the Al Cervo Hotel is today, transformed a tobacconist’s bar into a small restaurant, with rooms for tourists.

One step after the other, the small mountain hotel has become our Hotel Al Cervo: a building in the centre of Tesero, a facade that smells of our villages’ architecture and interiors, but which however does not forgot the modernity of the mountain design.

There are different types of rooms, with wood transformed into essential but warm surfaces, a terrace from which to look the mountains in the eye, relaxation in an intimate but complete SPA and a kitchen that knows how to begin and end a day, with the flair and talent of those who still know today that they owe everything to grandma Ilda and grandpa Daniele.

The Rooms

We have 33 rooms, all in the regional style, restructured and furnished with care and passion, thanks to the local craftsmen.

We wanted to make them in connection with the beauty of Val di Fiemme: wood with a forest feel and modern silhouettes that smell like comfort and hospitality.

The management and continual attention to the details of our rooms is the responsibility of the landlady, Lorenza: nothing escapes her, you will feel at home after closing the door behind you.

At Al Cervo, you will find classic rooms, junior suites, and two panoramic suites with Alpine Chic designs.

Every room has the highest standards of hygiene, safety, comfort, and sound insulation.

The kitchen is what we started with. For each of us, the dishes in our restaurant are reminiscent of family memories, fragrances that draw us back in time and flavors that we love to uphold, despite the pressure from other cuisines that speak to numerous other people.

Our desire is to create an image for our guests, both over time and far away, reminding them of the days spent at Al Cervo from a fragrance, an ingredient or a taste discovered by us.

We do everything we can to help you get outside and explore our valley. We confess, however, that our greatest satisfaction is watching you leave and return delighted while looking forward to our cuisine.

We bring to you the experience of our family history, the knowledge of traditions and the taste of our chef’s experimentation. With the risk of you no longer wanting to leave the table.

Rich and energetic mountain breakfast, with cakes, jams, and homemade pastries. Every morning, you will find genuine products such as bacon, eggs, and yogurt from our local suppliers.

Dinner with three menus to choose from and a full buffet of vegetables chosen from near our hotel, in the reach of 0 km.

The opportunity to dine with a special Dolomites Gourmet menu: traditional local dishes revisited in the style of our chef.

The meaning of the word wellness translated into an intimate and complete Spa Area: the perfect place for a regenerative break that offers tranquility to both the body and soul, with aromas and the calm rhythm of breathing that becomes deep and present.

Access to the Al Cervo SPA is available by reservation, for up to 6 people at a time, at no additional cost, from 3 pm to 7:30 pm daily. But we offer the possibility of reserving the entire wellness area for a fee at alternative time periods: in this case, the relaxation strives to meet the needs of each person.

The QC Dolomite Spa is spread over 3 floors over 4,300 square meters: swimming pools and open spaces allow you to try forest-bathing, an oriental practice that is now recognized and appreciated for its preventative values.

The experience can continue with: whirlpools, Kneipp courses, waterfalls, Japanese baths, steam baths, saunas and bio saunas, salt rooms, relaxation areas, massages, and catering.
