The soul of our small but cozy wellness area are the cabins with special SPA Sytem technology by Starpool. Here, in our hotel with sauna in Trentino, you will have the opportunity to sweat, regenerate and rest after a day in the mountains. Enjoy the Finnish sauna, and sweat gently in our steam bath. Your body will thank you, and at night you can sink into your comfortable bed into a deep, rejuvenating sleep, from which you will wake up the next morning refreshed and rested.

A real treat at the spa is the floating pool, in which you can float lightly on the water pampered by a gentle whirlpool jet. The place to regenerate and purify yourself thanks to the benefits of water. The perfect treatment to regenerate mind and body, taking advantage of the relaxing properties of soft blower water.

Qui, nel nostro hotel con sauna in Trentino, avrete la possibilità di sudare, rigenerarvi e riposarvi dopo una giornata in montagna. Godetevi la sauna finlandese, e sudate dolcemente nel nostro bagno turco. Il vostro corpo vi ringrazierà e di notte potrete sprofondare nel vostro comodo letto in un sonno profondo e rigenerante, da cui vi sveglierete il mattino seguente freschi e riposati.

Una vera chicca della Spa è la Vasca di galleggiamento, fluttuare leggeri sull’acqua coccolati da un dolce getto idromassaggio. Il luogo dove rigenerarsi e purificarsi grazie ai benefici dell’acqua. Il trattamento perfetto per rigenerare mente e corpo, sfruttando le proprietà rilassanti dell’acqua soft blower.

What’s it all about?
Included in your stay, you will be able to choose, via 2 coloured bracelets, the experience and wellness goals you desire.

The path that gives you a new burst of energy and invigorates your heartbeat with intense heat followed by intense cold.

Opening hours & useful information

The SPA is open daily from 14.00 to 19.30 by reservation.

For a small supplement, you can hire the SPA BAG: bath towel, bathrobes and slippers.

In the sauna world you enter without a swimming costume, to leave your body free to breathe and take in all the beneficial effects of the vapours. Moreover, with the high temperatures, synthetic fabrics could melt or release toxic substances, totally negating the benefits of a relaxing and purifying sauna session. For this reason, towels are provided for those who prefer to cover up, or a sauna kilt, upon request.

The staff is prepared to recommend a complete SPA programme, or one related to particular health conditions of the audience.

Access is permitted over the age of 14.

For the little ones, we have reserved a time just for them The Family SPA from 14.00 to 15.30.

It is possible to reserve the Spa exclusively in the following time slots: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. or 8 p.m. to midnight.

La SPA è aperta tutti i giorni dalle 14.00 alle 19.30 su prenotazione.

Con un piccolo supplemento avrete a noleggio la SPA BAG: telo da bagno, accappatoi e ciabattine.

Nel mondo saune si entra senza costume, per lasciare il corpo libero di traspirare e accogliere tutti gli effetti benefici dei vapori. Inoltre, con le alte temperature, i tessuti sintetici potrebbero sciogliersi o liberare sostanze tossiche, annullando totalmente i vantaggi di una rilassante e depurativa seduta in sauna. Per questo vengono forniti asciugamani a chi preferisce coprirsi, oppure un kilt da sauna, su richiesta.

Lo staff è preparato per consigliare un percorso SPA completo, o legato a particolari condizioni di salute del pubblico.

L’accesso è consentito sopra i 14 anni d’età.

Per i più piccoli abbiamo riservato un tempo tutto per loro La Family SPA dalle 14. alle 15.30.

E’ Possibile riservare la Spa in forma esclusiva nelle seguenti fasce orarie: 10.00-14.00 oppure 20.00-24.00.
